The Office was so neat and clean and smelled really good. They got me back right away after I completed my paperwork. I didn't know that service still existed until I went to see Doctor Heredia. He explaned everything to an ensure me that everything would be fine and Crystal at the front desk was awesome. Dr. Kaplan is a wonderful, friendly, and knowledgeable doctor and surgeon. She is very helpful and responds to questions in a way that is easy to understand.

Dr. Kaplan and staff were the best. From the minute I walked in until I walked out my experience was incredible. They explained in detail everything about my procedure before they started. Everyone and I mean everyone was so nice, friendly and helpful. I will tell everyone to use Dr. Kaplan. She was the best. I give them a 10+!

I came in with a broken ankle and was treated with the best care I’ve ever received. As soon as I arrived, they provided a wheelchair, did X-rays, and made me feel comfortable and supported.

Dr. Heredia was kind, professional, and explained everything carefully — including how the injury was minor (thankfully!), especially since I’m pregnant. He even helped me find lighter ankle boots and scheduled a follow-up in 3 weeks.

Karoline, the nurse, is amazing — warm, patient, and truly caring. I felt listened to, safe, and respected through the whole visit. This team is incredible — thank you for taking such good care of me and celebrating this new chapter with my husband and me 💕 Highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience at this podiatry office! After accidentally ripping half my toenail off, I was panicked. I called late in the day, and Crystal was so kind and reassuring. They got me in first thing the next morning.

Dr. Heredia was incredibly compassionate and explained all my options. I decided to have the entire nail removed, and he made the process smooth and easy.

A couple of days later, I had an issue with the dressing and was in tears when I called back. Crystal was once again amazing and even offered to sit with me during my visit. Since Dr. Heredia was on vacation, I saw Dr. Zellers Kaplan, who was so patient, understanding, and gentle—easing my anxiety.

Where do I begin?! Dr. Zellers Kaplan and staff are the kindest and most professional staff I've come across in a long time. We made an appt with Dr. Zellers Kaplan on 3/7/25, and it ultimately saved my husband's life! If it wasn't for her knowledge and quick thinking, I'm afraid to think where we would be. This place is amazing.... Dr Kaplan did what 3 other doctors could not do. She successfully got rid of the Fungus in my system causing all sorts of issuse with my feet. The staff are absolutely amazing and very helpful with the whole process.

I've seen Dr. Heredia over the last two years for two problems that each took a few months to fully heal. Dr. Heredia gave superb medical attention and the staff was always excellent.
