Dr Heredia’s office staff is helpful and friendly!! Dr Heredia is a Doctor I HIGHLY recommend to anyone dealing with foot/nail problems. He is kind and doesn’t make you feel you’re being rushed through your appointment!! My husband and I have received EXCELLENT CARE at this office!!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Morgan Zellers Kaplan! I just love her! I had a case of plantar fasciitis that was unbelievably bad. Prior to Dr. Kaplan, I tried dry needling, foot chiropractic treatment, regular chiropractic treatment, oral steroids, steroid injections, physical therapy, insoles, foot exercises, walking boot, something else (I cannot remember the name of it) that I slept in, etc. Every time I took a step, it hurt ... all day ... every day. She is the only doctor that could help me. I believe that the LORD used her to help me. She said that I had the worst case of plantar fasciitis that she had ever seen. I cannot say thank you enough to her. I cannot say enough good things about her. My foot has now been healed for about three years now. She also worked around my demanding work schedule. Everyone in their office just seems to have a heart of gold and cares about their patients. Crystal is just amazing! She always has a smile and is extremely personable and helpful. She also knows each patient by name. I feel so cared for at this place. Not only will you find a GREAT doctor here, you will find an AMAZING, supportive staff too!

Always friendly, helpful, and genuinely happy to see you. She takes the time to make every visit smooth and pleasant, and her positive energy sets the tone for the whole experience.

Dr. Heredia is equally incredible. He’s patient, kind, and has such a calm, laid-back way about him that immediately puts me at ease. I've been to Frisco Foot & Ankle a few times over the last couple of years. Dr. Kaplan and Dr. Heredia are both so kind and have never made me feel silly for asking questions. I also want to thank Crystal, the office manager. Talking to Crystal feels like getting a warm hug. She is incredibly caring and compassionate, whether that is talking to her in-person or on the phone. Majority of people do not like going to the doctor, but the entire staff at Frisco Foot & Ankle sure makes it an enjoyable process!

I had a great experience at this clinic. All the employees were super nice and very thorough. I appreciated how welcoming everyone was because I was very embarrassed by my feet but they all let me know it was ok. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Zeller and her staff. After being dismissed by another Dallas podiatrist—who told me I was “healed” and sent me home in pain with no toenail—Dr. Zeller took me in as a new patient and truly changed everything for me.

She immediately took an X-ray, and unlike the other doctor, she was concerned. She sent me for a CT scan, which revealed that my toe was only 50% healed—this was just three days after I had been told I was “fine.” My toe had been crushed, and I was left not only in pain but also feeling hopeless and dismissed.

Dr. Zeller did so much more than provide medical care. She gave me moral support when I was at one of my lowest points. I was in tears, feeling depressed, and she listened to me, truly heard me, and treated me as a whole person—not just a case. She fought for me, cared for me, and gave me my health back.

Her entire staff is just as amazing—kind, compassionate, and supportive. Every single one of them felt like a saving angel. I am beyond grateful that places like this still exist, where professional medical care is delivered with such heart and humanity.

Dr. Zeller didn’t just give me my toe back—she gave me hope again.

I just had my first visit with Dr. Heredia. He is a really cool Dr. Very patient, answered my questions. What a cool dude! The staff is also very cool. They are all very professional and extremely welcoming. I found my Podiatrist! This is a great Dr. with an awesome staff and service!

The warm and caring atmosphere of this office staff was evident the moment I stepped into the waiting room. From the kind and thoughtful receptionist (who also gives good driving directions!), to every staff member I met, an exceptional experience was felt. Genuine care and concern were exemplified by every person in the office, and Dr. Kaplan was exceptionally knowledgeable, thoughtful, down-to-earth, relatable, engaging and fun! How often can one say that about a visit to the doctor’s office?! Hands down one of the best experiences and all attributed to the wonderful, congenial staff who greet and care for their patients with grace and compassion.

The Office was so neat and clean and smelled really good. They got me back right away after I completed my paperwork. I didn't know that service still existed until I went to see Doctor Heredia. He explaned everything to an ensure me that everything would be fine and Crystal at the front desk was awesome. Dr. Kaplan is a wonderful, friendly, and knowledgeable doctor and surgeon. She is very helpful and responds to questions in a way that is easy to understand.

I came in with a broken ankle and was treated with the best care I’ve ever received. As soon as I arrived, they provided a wheelchair, did X-rays, and made me feel comfortable and supported.

Dr. Heredia was kind, professional, and explained everything carefully — including how the injury was minor (thankfully!), especially since I’m pregnant. He even helped me find lighter ankle boots and scheduled a follow-up in 3 weeks.

I had an amazing experience at this podiatry office! After accidentally ripping half my toenail off, I was panicked. I called late in the day, and Crystal was so kind and reassuring. They got me in first thing the next morning.

Dr. Heredia was incredibly compassionate and explained all my options. I decided to have the entire nail removed, and he made the process smooth and easy.
