Dr Heredia and his staff took great care of me. Dr. Heredia has the best bedside manner. He listened and answered all my concerns and clearly explained my options. His staff was friendly and courteous. Any time I sent an email, they responded quickly and efficiently. I wouldn't go anywhere else when it comes to my feet.

This place is amazing.... Dr Kaplan did what 3 other doctors could not do. She successfully got rid of the Fungus in my system causing all sorts of issuse with my feet. The staff are absolutely amazing and very helpful with the whole process.

I could not see how any other Foot and Ankle practice in this area could rate better than Frisco Foot and Ankle Specialists. The service and attention that I have received from Dr. Kaplan and her staff have been absolutely outstanding. Dr. Kaplan's knowledge and experience were evident from my very first visit until the last one when I was "graduated" from my condition.Everyone in that office, from the reception staff to the nurses, deserves big kudos for always employing a patient-centered disposition. Met at a hospital and the Dr. never made me feel rushed in my questions and has been consistently that way in the two month process that I have been dealing with in this office. If there is a need for a foot and ankle Dr. look no further. Dr. Heredia is your Dr. The staff is exceptionally friendly and professional. You leave with a renewed faith in people that care about you as the patient as well as a human being. Great experience! I will continue to go to them forever.

I am a big fan of a medical office that prioritizes patient experience, manages the details, thoroughly presents treatment options, on-time appts, personal greetings, seemless billing/scheduling and willingness to do whatever it takes to accomplish a shared goal.That is exactly what Dr Morgan Zellers Kaplan and her team at Frisco Foot and Ankle Specialists do. I completed my last treatment (ahead of schedule) walking without pain, in shoes that i like very appreciative for this practice.Great team, great doctor, enjoyable people.
