This place is amazing.... Dr Kaplan did what 3 other doctors could not do. She successfully got rid of the Fungus in my system causing all sorts of issuse with my feet. The staff are absolutely amazing and very helpful with the whole process.

I've seen Dr. Heredia over the last two years for two problems that each took a few months to fully heal. Dr. Heredia gave superb medical attention and the staff was always excellent. I could not see how any other Foot and Ankle practice in this area could rate better than Frisco Foot and Ankle Specialists. The service and attention that I have received from Dr. Kaplan and her staff have been absolutely outstanding. Dr. Kaplan's knowledge and experience were evident from my very first visit until the last one when I was "graduated" from my condition.Everyone in that office, from the reception staff to the nurses, deserves big kudos for always employing a patient-centered disposition. I recommend this practice wholeheartedly.

Friendliest and most thorough office visits ever. Met at a hospital and the Dr. never made me feel rushed in my questions and has been consistently that way in the two month process that I have been dealing with in this office. If there is a need for a foot and ankle Dr. look no further. Dr. Heredia is your Dr. The staff is exceptionally friendly and professional. You leave with a renewed faith in people that care about you as the patient as well as a human being. Great experience! I will continue to go to them forever.

I am a big fan of a medical office that prioritizes patient experience, manages the details, thoroughly presents treatment options, on-time appts, personal greetings, seemless billing/scheduling and willingness to do whatever it takes to accomplish a shared goal.That is exactly what Dr Morgan Zellers Kaplan and her team at Frisco Foot and Ankle Specialists do. I completed my last treatment (ahead of schedule) walking without pain, in shoes that i like very appreciative for this practice.Great team, great doctor, enjoyable people. As weird as it sounds, i kind of looked forward to my checkins every 3 weeks, all because of the great team who support Dr Zellers Kaplan and Frisco Foot and Ankle Specialists.

I woke up to an ingrown toenail. I called a place first thing on a Thursday morning and was informed that they are no longer taking Medicare. They suggested I contact Frisco Foot and Ankle.I called the office and explained what was going on with my toe and how I was referred to them. I explained how much pain I was in plus how I still needed to work with being on my feet.They got me into the office that morning, was greeted with a friendly smile by Crystal. Filled out the paperwork and went back to see Dr. Heredia. I explained how I wanted to get the ingrown part of the nail removed but still had to work. Dr. Heredia was nice enough to remove the ingrown part and we agreed that I would come back the next day (Friday) and have the rest of the side of the nail removed so that I would not experience another ingrown nail again on that side of the toe.I went back again on Friday as agreed upon, and once again that warm friendly greeting by Crystal . I was numbed up so that the procedure would happen. I NEVER felt a thing. The toe was numbed, Dr. Heredia did his thing and wam bam it was over in less than 5 min. So amazing, so caring, so professionalThanks to everyone.. Front desk, M.A. and Dr. for a GREAT experience. I suggest to anyone that needs a podiatrist to contact this office.

The office staff and Dr. Heredia were great! The facility is new, bright, and super clean. Staff were extremely responsive and friendly. Being a competitive athlete, I was very nervous about having my foot worked on. They carefully listened to my concerns and offered multiple treatments to choose from. Dr. Heredia completed my procedure in office and provided excellent post-operative instructions. My downtime was minimal and I was quickly back to normal activity. I would highly recommend Frisco Foot & Ankle.
